Senior Picture Information
It is not REQUIRED that you have an outside photographer take school pictures. If you'd like to submit an outside photographer's Senior picture, here are some important details that you, your parents and your photographer need to know in order to ensure your picture makes it into the yearbook.
  • Senior Picture Deadline -Friday, October 10
  • Dimensions - 1.5” (width) x 2.1" (height) pictures are portrait style - this could be slightly altered due to the design of the yearbook page. Feel free to send the original image (your photo is not REQUIRED to be this exact size; we would like to avoid losing resolution in that process)
  • Head Size - 1” (ideally head alone - 1”)
  • Background – Any (outside, solid color, the choice is yours!) Photos must be in jpeg or jpg format, ideally around 1mb/1000kb. As a general rule, photos from a phone typically do not meet these measurements. You cannot save as Powerpoint, Word, Photoshop, gif, tiff, or PDF
IMPORTANT: It is PREFERRED that you email your pictures in jpeg format to, however, PLEASE check to make sure you receive a CONFIRMATION email from Emily Chilson. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few days, the picture WILL NOT be in the yearbook - thank you! You may also submit by disk, flash drive, or a printed copy of your picture - turn in to Emily Chilson's room or mailbox (431).
